I've begun the final year of my fourth decade on this planet. Dang, I guess I'm getting old. How and when did that happen?

Oh well, I guess I'll have to toss down an extra Singapore Sling or two (or four) at the Raffles Hotel tonight.

Anyway, thanks for having me Mom and Dad!

  1. Life begins at 40 big you have another year of fun and irresponsiblity that is your "30's". Here's to another great year. you get to celebrate your birthday twice since you are ahead of the dateline-once tomorrow and once yesterday since today is tomorrow where you are and yesterday is today?

    (My brain hurst...)

  2. Yes, life does indeed begin at 40.
Enjoy your time away from this place.

More news later - film at 11.....

  3. This is the second morning I've woken up to think, "today is my birthday (somewhere)." Celebrating a birthday for what seems like 48 hours is the way to do it.

Greg- I/we are enjoying time away, though I'm interested about the film at 11. Send me a note if you get a chance to update.

  4. That reminds me of this point - counterpoint on the Onion one time ...

    Life begins at conception ...

    No, life begins at 40.

    Good stuff.

Strangely enough, I think Brady was just conceived where he is.

  5. Happy birthday. Yeah, I'm late. I have a note.
